we only ship to the 50 states of the us.

we use ups and the us postal service exclusively. you may choose whichever shipping product you prefer when you check out. we prefer to ship via ups which we believe gives us better service, better tracking of your package, and speedier shipments to the east coast.

the total weight of items is always rounded up to the next highest pound, per the shipping schedules; i.e., a one pound package of coffee, carefully packed will weigh in at the two pound rate.

the coffee we ship is never more than 24 hours out of the roaster and most items ship within 24 hours of ordering. some orders may take up to 48 hours to process depending on the roasting schedule. the coffee you buy from us will be fresh!

p. o. boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only with delivery confirmation. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable.

ups is not allowed to deliver packages to post office boxes.
