what's your lightest/darkest roast?
on a scale of 1 to 10, with 5 being a medium-light roast and 10 being a roast that comes within seconds of going up in smoke... here's were our roasts stand: angel city 6, angel city decaf 6, espresso 8, venice blend 8, black gold 9, bitches brew 10, bitches brew decaf 10. And then there's the venice blend, a combination of differing roasts, averaging 8.

what forms of payment do you accept?
visa, mastercard and discover are accepted through our own secure checkout system. you may also use the google checkout if you prefer.
can I use my groundwork card for website purchases?
at this point in time, our shopping cart does not allow us to accept groundwork gift/customer cards as payment. gift/ customer card redemption is an enhancement we hope to add in the near future. Nevertheless, you can still *purchase* a gift/customer card via our website.

what is your return policy?
perishable product that has been opened can not be returned. however, groundwork wants our customers to be 100% delighted with our products. if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
- refund process

refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. coffee card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.
